About this event
The Deaf Social Club brings members of the local Deaf community together for an enjoyable evening of friendship, conversation and social activities.
This evening features a friendly German Whist competition, with Freemasons and their partners across the Province warmly invited to join in and build friendships within the Deaf community.
Before the evening's activities, there will be a Deaf Awareness and British Sign Language (BSL) drop-in session, offering an opportunity to learn everyday signs and phrases, ask questions and develop confidence communicating with Deaf people.
No previous knowledge of BSL is required ā everyone is welcome!
